Industrial Black Copper Moravian Star Ceiling Light 12-inch, Clear Glass Shade 1-Light Fixture

I needed a light above the sink & finally settled on this one. I’m so glad I did. I love it and it is just what I wanted!!

Love this light, the shadow it casts, everything about it. Electrician had it installed quickly. It looks great!

...one went in our entry & the second in our hall. both look great up there. our house is bright & modern(ish), with a touch of scandi (light woods) & a lot of odd finds. think seed glass & recycled glass heads, fun artwork, handmade floorcloths & a lot of plants!the lights aren't difficult to install BUT PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIZE OF BULB IT NEEDS! it's on the install guide.you may also want to look for Edison bulbs to fit before installing, if that's your thing. my poor husband made 2 trips to the store before I found the info on the guide. he was going by trial & error!looks nice up, lit or dark. my last name, estrella, made it a no brainer to buy during our home remodel, but my husband thought he knew better & that they didn't fit the look we wanted on that side of the house. he admits he was wrong now.they're pretty. striking. moody, with the right bulb.

We were looking for a decorative fixture for our front entryway but we didn't want anything too big. This fixture fit the bill. Installation was easy and the price was really good as well. Very happy with our purchase.

Love this light! We installed it to light our front porch and it makes me happy when I come home after dark. We live in a 120+ year old home and I think it adds great character to the house.

I used this to replace my hallway light. It is the perfect size and looks magical when lit. It gives off plenty of light. It is very difficult to clean the inside and the bulb is tubular, but not hard to find at the store, as there were multiple options when I bought it.

This light fixture is so versatile. Originally, I thought to put it in our foyer, but ultimately decided on putting it in my boy’s room. It looks amazing and goes great with the theme of the room as well. Thinking about seeing if I can get a smart bulb to fit inside & connect with Alexa for dimmability. That is the only fussy thing about this light - the opening for the light bulb is on the side and is quite narrow - my husband couldn’t fit his hand, but I managed - so it’s doable.

The light looks really nice. Better than I thought it would.It is a bit dim as clear glass lights tend to be, but it is bright enough and the seeded glass is a great addition. I am glad to have seeded glass vs clear glass. Seems a bit warmer in tone.We also just put a standard warm LED bulb in that is not clear and the seeded glass helps dampen the view of the white part and opaque LED cowling. Only thing I think would make this bettwer would be if there was a bit of a stem the Star part hung down from instead of the point coming directly out of the base plate, but the Moravian Star lights that have such a feature tend to be much more expensive boutique types of lights.Installation was a bit technical, but simple. I have done a lot of construction and so I have my workarounds for things. For someone who hasn't installed fixtures before, this one could present a few problems depending on what the electric setup of their previous overhead light was like. Wiring was straitforward but the wires are short. An extra set of hands to hold the fixture could be useful.The suspension bar might give some people a few extra tries. Just be patient and take your time.I would definitely buy this again or recommend buying it to someone. You can figure it out. The base plate is wide and can cover any shifts you might have to make.
