Flower Arranging for Beginners

I enjoyed this read because it demystifies the technique for arranging blooms. I loved the simplicity of putting it all together. It would be a huge help to those of us that look at our vases and know something is missing whether it’s texture, color, or shape. Great read but also a great resource to pull from our bookshelf when we are tackling an arrangement we want to create.

This book is so helpful as a new floral designer I love guides that give step-by-step instructions!

I have had much better books. The book feels like it was just a way for the author to display her work. The arrangements are not explained and most feel very abstract and asymmetrical.

Lots pretty floral arrangements.But it doesn’t really go over how to put them together as far as the rules of what goes first what goes in back etc. shows plenty of examples but I need instructions

Very Informative and hope to put that information into good use.

Helpful for buying flowers

Wonderful

Not what I had hoped for. Once trained on the basics of Japanese floral arranging. Hoped that would be part of a book I wanted for a family member on dealing with gifts of flowers. This wasn't it, although a pleasant book in and of itself. Not sure how appealing to the person not really interested in arranging flowers, but could benefit by knowing some basics about balance, crowding, ....
