Galaxy Note 8 Battery Case, Note 8 5500mAh External Backup Charging Pack, Rechargeable Impact-Resistant Power Case for Samsung Galaxy Note(Black)

I purchased this product in June 2018. It malfunctioned within a month, but Basesailor immediately sent a replacement. They contacted me to follow up on my purchase even before I contacted them. I have had no problems with the replacement battery case. I have used it on my Note 8 continually since receiving it in July. It is so easy to recharge my phone with the push of a button when the battery runs low. Even took it to Israel for a rigorous 2 week tour. Dropped the phone multiple times while on the trip with no damage to the phone or the case. I am using amFilm screen protector on the glass screen, along with the battery case. The screen protector cracked in multiple places with the falls, but the glass screen on the phone itself had no damage. I love the battery case and am very impressed with Basesailor's customer service.

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely one of the best purchase ever made, Ever since I bought this case I have hardly used any external charger or wall charger. Blue color of the case gave my phone clean look and it is protective as well. One full charge in the case and you are good to go for whole day or two if you do not use your phone that much. It made my phone little bulky but the power it gives you is much better so that's would be up to you. You wont go wrong with this case.

It works very well, it charges my phone quickly. The only issue is if it charges for a long period of time it gets hot and that it is a little difficult to take out of the case. But it is worth it, it is compact and I don't have to carry around a cable and portable charger.

I purchased this charging case to ensure I had enough battery life to get through the day. It arrived quickly and was half charged when I opened it. I charged it overnight and installed my Note 8 The next morning.It was very easy to install and I tested to make sure it worked. I pressed the button on the back and it started charging the phone instantly. With the phone in the case, it is a little thicker and weighs more but I expected that since it is a charging case.The case is slick and takes a bit of getting used to but I do like the blue color. The first few days, the case worked like a charm when I needed to charge my phone but after a few days, the case wasn't working anymore. 😢 I contacted the vendor (Basesailor) and explained my issue and they promptly shipped me a new one. Excellent customer service. They also followed up with me to ensure the new one worked out.I'm glad to report that the second case has been working like a charm with no issues.All in all, the case is working as detailed in the description and I'm a happy customer. This case let's me get through the day as I intended for it to do.

This charger case sucks!!! It drains your battery even faster when it's on your phone, then when you turn it on to charge your phone, it didn't even charge it all the way back up. My phone was on like 23% so I turned on the charger case and it only charged my phone to 67% and it took a long time. You definitely get what you pay for with this product. My recommendation is to spend a few more bucks and get something better. The only reason I got this case is because I'm waiting for my contact to be up so I can get a new phone. COME ON NOVEMBER!!!

Love this case!!!!! It's a simple design and it's functionality packs a serious punch! I was tired of my Samsung battery losing so much power resulting in me having to find an outlet to plug in... as long as I remembered my cable. However, this battery casec eliminates that need. My power can get down to 25%, and I turn the case on and i'm good to go the rest of the day. Another cool trick this case seems to do... it prolongs the life of the battery without turning it on. I honestly don't worry about battery life anymore and I don't carry a cable around anymore.I highly recommend this product.

I love the case. It is easy to use and charges quickly. It is supposed to be a protective case, which it is, but the case IS slippery - no grip features. I dropped it from a sitting position - so not a far distance, it protected my phone but the case came apart and couldn't be pushed back together.

Adds another few hours to my battery life when muchly needed. I use my phone a lot for work and run out of battery a lot. This changed that for me. Now I can work seamlessly when I'm out and about. Also when I'm in nature on a trail or hiking in the mountains this gives me an added "Safety net." Giving me the ability to go far and hard and know if there's an emergency, all that filming I was doing didn't kill my phone so I can still make a call if needed. Very quick to charge and charges the phone first. Also adds a good amount of protection as well. Very highly recommended to active people on the go! =^.^=
