Are you able to freeze half once opened?

I’ve not tried but I can’t see why not as it’s similar to a curry sauce, which would freeze o problem.

How hot is it in terms of spice level? Wife and I like hot curry’s but daughters a bit more mild.

Decided to try this brand and have to say it tastes nice. Add coconut milk, fish cakes, chicken, curry leaves and fried taufu - serve with noodles, boiled egg and bean sprouts, sprinkle fried onions, and sambal chilli (if you have it or made some), and presto! It’s not spicy, for those looking for a bit of spice. I will definitely try this brand for any other curries or rendang paste etc.

Best paste among 40!

I have tried around 40 different pastes and this by far is my favourite! I don't follow the exact recipe as per pack, I use much more coconut milk, less water because the paste is quite spicy. Extra coconut milk is a must imo, to make your laksa creamy! I have received so many compliments on my laksa from my friends and family when I use this. It's a must have even though it's pricey! But you save on other ingredients, so it's all good.

I empty the whole packet into a jar and keep it in the fridge.When making almost any dish for myself, I take a small amount and mix it in to get the most tasty and spicy food.
