My knees would turn in during squats, not ideal when lifting, so one of the coaches recommended I get this. Used this for a while and it's helped no end. Would recommend this to anyone

Use this band every day in the gym. Great for squats, hip thrusts and floor work. Just the right amount of resistance and most importantly doesn’t roll up like the latex bands do!
