I used to play simulator games and it works perfectly great. After doing the last update at euro truck game just stopped working but for others simulator games are great.

12/26/24 Computer does not have enough processing power or a real graphics card. It will not run Rocket League, but will run Fall guys on the very lowest settings and still lags, fps of 21 while playing. I will be returning this computer unless the support can tell me something specific about it is not working correctly. This computer seems to be for Browsing the internet and viewing files only! The keyboard and mouse seem useable, the monitor is a monitor, didn’t even plug the mouse pad in, and the camera doesn’t work on any applications outside of the windows camera app. It will not run w11. I don’t know if this is a refurbished issue or just a straight lack of quality hardware. But it’s not good. Don’t expect much from this if you still continue with your purchase.

Reliable, easy set up high speed, brought for a friend’s grandson to do gaming, well worthy the money.

PC work really good for about three months now the power supply is dead. Contacted Astsys for assistance. Waiting for a response hoping the supply can be replaced or the PC replaced. Will update if I get any feedback from them. Update 1 April 2025 Supplier eventually replied on the 22nd March. They wanted to give me a $20 refund or replace the defective power supply. I requested a replacement because a power supply is more than $20. They said they will send the replacement and update me when it has been shipped. I had to message to find why it is taking so long for them to reply asking me for the serial tag which I sent from the beginning. Worst experience purchasing on Amazon. This supplier sould get a zero rating. 18th April 2025 Do not buy from this supplier terrible service. They couldn't ship a replacement part so they offered a $30 refund to purchase on my own but only gave me $15. I have never had bad service on Amazon like this. I am still trying to get a refund to purchase the replacement power supply f Om this seller and I have had enough. Worst service. Do not purchase from this seller.

Worked great for the first month. Then lights and fan stopped working on unit. Unable to multitask (static tab and image editor on another). Entire system froze and had to be rebooted. Still cannot edit images or short videos. Unable to upgrade to Windows 11 because of incompatible components. Monitor became pixelated and no longer reads 'black'. Great for younger student or someone that doesn't need to multitask. Easy to set up. Everything I needed to run was included in the bundle. Love the keyboard and mouse. Already replaced the monitor and CPU.

The idea was nice. A starter computer with everything our 6 turning into 7 year old could possibly need. He enjoyed the colors of the keyboard and the tower display. All he does on his brother’s computer is Roblox and Minecraft so we thought this amazon renewed product would suffice. Unfortunately that was not the case. What was supposed to be a pleasant birthday present for our son turned into a source of frustration for him as the computer would restart itself unexpectedly and constantly when accessing certain games within Roblox. It also would not run the Java edition of Minecraft- see the driver error photo attached. It would also constantly disconnect from our wifi and we would have to always troubleshoot to fix the issue, only to do it time and time again (See the second photo). After failing to find and update drivers the computer would allow and even running an Ethernet cable to the computer, we decided to return it as it still kept restarting. 2 stars given for ease of return. Label was provided. However You cant return to Amazon Fresh stores if that’s your preferred method of return like it is mine. This you have to return through UPS. Dropped off today- now waiting on refund.

Loved the price. Loved that everything was included. My kid loved it & loves to play his games on it. We have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far so good. Didn't love the fact that the wrong cords came with it. Had to buy new cords to set it up. Didn't love how hard it was to set it up initially as his fave game kept saying it wouldn't run it. Had to get a computer geek to reinstall some drivers to get it working correctly. The true test will be if it's still working good in a year. But as it stands, we are pleased. Thank you!!

I've been using it daily for about a month and it's impressive. The specs are excellent, I would buy another without a second thought. Has handled gaming and video editing effortlessly and boots up faster than I can log in. The monitor is bright and clear although I would like to give the computer graphics upgrade in the future. On first startup I did have one problem, a tag from the RGB lights got caught in the fan but I was able to easily reposition it. I've bought refurbished computers in the past and it wasn't near as good as this package. I was skeptical at first, expecting everything to feel extremely cheap but honestly the quality is excellent.
