Brasso Metal Polish Wadding, 75g

Is the "wadding" supposed to be used as 1 piece or do you pull it apart?

Would this mark walls/paint work when polishing sockets and switches?

I would like to use this on my letter box, house number and lock on the outside of the front door - will it work for this?

Is it good for military cap badges
