Give it a week to get used to it!
A pillow is one of those items that you can't try beforehand so committing to spending £25 on a pillow is quite a risk! But lets face it, you are only going to spend so much on a pillow like this if you suffer from neck and shoulder pain. And then you would quite happily part with hundreds of pounds for a comfortable night's sleep. My previous orthopaedic pillow had gone a bit flat and it was time for a new one. This one is very thick - its a bit of a squeeze to get it into the pillowcase. I chose the medium one based on my size but when I first slept on it I felt like it was too thick. I couldn't believe my spine was aligned straight. My head felt too high. And for the next 4 days I woke up in pain which continued through the day. So I ditched the new pillow and went back to my old flat pillow. The next two days I was in even more pain!Day 6 and I went for a sports massage and my therapist encouraged me to go back to the new pillow and stick with it for a few more days. A combination of the massage and getting used to the new pillow and now its the best pillow in the world. I love it. Its so comfortable I really look forward to going to bed. I am even going to take it with me when I go on holiday! The moral of the story is that this pillow might not work straight away - you need to give your body the chance to adjust to it.

Best Nights Sleep
I've been suffering with muscle pain in my neck, shoulders and back for about a month. I visited a physiotherapist who gave me some exercises to do, along with the suggestion of investing in quality pillows.I've never spent anyore than £10 on a pack of 2 pillows, so to spend £25 on 1 pillow seemed a bit expensive. But, I did, and to be honest I do not regret it one bit.The pillow is thick and medium firmness, as opposed to my old thin and soft pillow. I've been using this for just over a week, and although I have been doing the exercises the physio gave me (although not as often as I should be), the pain has subdued dramatically. I'm not saying this pillow is a miracle cure for aches and pains, but I believe it definitely helps.I also have a sleep tracker, which is showing I now have on average 98% effective sleep, compared to the 72% average I was getting previously. I've put that down to the pillow. The only negative I have to say is when you order this pillow it will ask for your core depth. I opted for 5cm, I have no idea what my core depth is or how to work out what it is. That is rather confusing and almost put me off buying. All I have to say is, it is the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. I would recommend it to anybody who has pain or disturbed sleep.

Not a miracle cure for postural issues, but a very good pillow!
I bought this item after researching pillows (for a lot longer than I should have!). The reviews on this pillow ultimately led to my purchase, and I'm very pleased.I don't have any back or neck problems, but wanted to buy a pillow to avoid any problems in the future. This pillow is a noticeable step up from other pillows I've slept on. My preference is for firm pillows and after 4 months of use this pillow has remained firm and held it's shape perfectly. The sizing is a little confusing, but as a regular sized, 175cm, 20 year old man the 7cm core depth (whatever that means) is a perfect fit for me (I sleep on my back and sides).Buying this pillow (probably) won't solve back or posture issues overnight, but I would recommend it over slightly cheaper pillows. At a purchase price of £25, this is a bargain in my eyes.

Not a bad pillow, but not anywhere as great as is being suggested in reviews
After having used much better pillows I can't see how this pillow is any better than any other fully stuffed pillow. Its probably not worth the money to be honest.

A truly comfortable spinal alignment pillow
I purchased these pillows on recommendation and I certainly haven’t been disappointed. I have tried many pillows over recent years and have struggled so far to find any which alleviated my neck and upper back pain. This spinal alignment pillow has given me better nights sleep than I have managed in as last night as I can remember. The pillows themselves are very good quality and as advertised, the ones I opted for were medium cushioning with options available for soft and firm also. Overall a great value pillow

... the product description and thought this would be a good pillow for neck problems
I read other reviews and the product description and thought this would be a good pillow for neck problems. Unfortunately the pillow did not help at all. The first night my arm went dead and I keep waking up with neck pain. The pillow is way too big and too firm. I bought medium sized one (5cm) as I'm medium frame but found it too tall and not at all comfortable. The quality of the pillow is good hence why I'm giving it 2 stars but it is not for everyone and the description should be more thorough, especially in relation to firmness and sizes. There is a full description on the pillow itself which says it's medium/firm (6 out of 10). If I knew that, I would have opted for a softer one.

... neck ache in the mornings and had a realy good nights sleep
To begin with it took a week to get used to the pillow and then wow no more neck ache in the mornings and had a realy good nights sleep, then two months the pillow has softened and sagged and no support whatsoever - back a neck ache and bad nights sleep. The pillow has a 3 year warranty on it, it hasnt lasted for less than 3 months so how can it possibly have a three year warranty?? I registered the purchase with sealy to get the warranty but how on earth do i go about getting it changed??
