This thumb brace is EXCELLENT and SUPERIOR to the others sold on Amazon. I purchased five different ones and THIS ONE gives the best overall support and has multiple adjustments available to give stabilization and support to the CMC, wrist and all the joints of the thumb. It feels comfortable and does not dig into my wrist or hand as others have done. It keeps my thumb in perfect position while allowing flexibility and movement of my fingers. It is very easy to put on and gives instant relief of pain. I am surprised that for the inexpensive cost of this brace it is superior in design and comfort than the others that are sold here. I also like the fact that it fits my (very small) hand well and can be adjusted to fit most hands and can be worn on both hands and is not bulky and restraining like some of the others are. I am very pleased with this brand and recommend that you get one and see how outstanding it is!

Lightweight, but good support, keeps my thumb in a pain free position, the velcro is top notch. I have small hands and it fit me perfectly.

It's a little large for a small hand, but was useable.

Suddenly my thumb acted strange, if it bent to grasp something it was painful to make it straight again. This is a painful condition! I need to see a hand surgeon but until then I'll used this brace. It has 2 kinds of support, mild and strong you can change out the support braces as needed. I might have to go to the metal support soon

This would be a great brace for thumb support if the velcro on the thumb wrap lasted more than 2 weeks. Use better Velcro, and you'd have an awesome brace.

I have different braces and they were either too big for hand or didn’t have much support. I love this one! It fits my hand and the support is great. Now if you are looking for something that you can move your thumb in this is not it. I would recommend this and buy again.

I bought this for my daughter after she injured her thumb when she fell out of her wheelchair. Her thumb was not broken in the fall, but had remained painful for a long period of time. The way this brace is made allows the user to "customize" it for size as well as tightness when worn. It worked so well for her that she has thanked me several times for getting it for her. I would highly recommend this brace for anyone who is having trouble finding a brace that fits and supports an injured or painful thumb.
