Love, love, love this product so much. Supplier sent a lovely note. So impressed! Only question is do I soak overnight, or a few hours before is best?I make it a little differently. I don’t use the seasoning in the oil. And I only make a portion of the package each day.After soaking for a couple hours, I boil the rice and veggies, and then add seasoning and put a little butter on it when I eat.Once I make it, my elderly mother also uses it as a base with other curries that she makes into a soup!It’s so delightful and energizing. The thing about healthy eating is if you have lived on junk, there are a lot of excitotoxins that will make you an addicted to it.But if you come down off the junk food wagon, go through the withdrawals by eating this and lots of fruits, nuts, beans and veggies, your body will learn to love real food and ask for what it needs to give you energy to thrive.This product will help in your quest for healthy longevity and if you are really into this subject, look up the diet of the the Hunza who live in the northern mountainous region of Pakistan. I recently learned they live to 120 years without modern diseases of diabetes, hypertension, cancer etc.I am so grateful for this khichdi creator. Thank you for caring about people’s health! ♥️

After reading all the health benefits of Khichdi I decided to give it a try. I was not expecting it to taste so good but it was full of aromatic spices, herbs, beans, rice, etc. and has a little bit of a kick to it. Full of flavor!!! It has healing properties and is great for detoxing. I will definitely be ordering this again along with some of the other options they offer. The company also sent the nicest note thanking me for my order.

I wish I could give a 5 star because the taste is good! However, if you have to follow the cooking instructions, it takes a awful amount of time to separate the vegies mix from the the lentils mix... This is not a cheap product and for the price I paid, I'd expect to received the veggies ready to use (in a separate packet)... Bottom line, I will not buy it again for that reason alone.

The quality and flavor was amazing. The instructions were so easy to follow. Love this product and the beautiful personalized letter at the bottom of the order receipt. Great small business.
