Good filter but pointless case let’s it down
Firstly the positives - the filter has a solid construction, is made of glass, and of good quality. It does exactly what you would want a polariser to do.Unfortunately there are some unnecessary issues which reduce the usability of the item:1) the clip covers the top corner of the screen on the iPhone X. I should have realised this beforehand and, to be fair, I’m not sure how else it could have been done but be aware.2) the packaging is ridiculous. The polariser (minus the clip) comes in a massive hard plastic case - far too big to want to slip it into a backpack to travel light. The clip, however, doesn’t come in a case or bag at all! They’ve over engineered one to the point of making it unusable, and ignored a case for the part that is most likely to break. Total form over function. If only they provided a case that would allow you keep the complete product safe in your daypack then they would have had a winner unfortunately they’ve wasted the opportunity on a pointless case and you will need to find your own to keep this safe.Would have got 5 stars but the case let’s it down.
