I found they kept on my chest okay, but found my knees and shoulders they didn't last a night's sleep and were on my bed.

Pinned my hopes on this. Stuck 8 on in total in different areas as per instructions. 4 hours later. 3 left. Tried again over a week. Put on 4 on today. 2 hours later 2 come off. No pain relief at all and don't stay on. Disappointed as anyone in pain is trying to find something to make it bearable. I will save money and try and get a massage rather than pay out for these. In 3 months of buying this you could do that if you wanted as at least there will be some relief.

Recommend by a friend who was given these by her physio.Once you apply as instructed, apply after alcohol wipe and leave on for advised days these really do work. Applying can be a little fiddly, take your time or get someone to put on for you.The relief I’ve had from lower back pain, these are the best thing to have worked for me yet! Suffering for the last three years, definitely worth a try!(Need more adhesive plaster & alcohol wipes for newbies, would be helpful)

I honestly can't quite believe it, but these magnets really do seem to be providing effective pain relief. Like a lot of people, I guess, I've reached the point with ongoing acute pain, that i'm ready to give anything, within reason, a go. So I purchased these pretty much in desperation, without any real expectations.In my case the problem is with my hip, which prescription painkillers and over the counter gels aren't doing much to help. After applying three magnets - without looking for pressure points - where the pain was worst, I found it subsided almost immediately. I've now worn the magnets for a day, and while the pain hasn't gone completely it is significantly reduced. I'm actually astonished.i don't write a lot of review but am leaving this as it might help others, and will update after more time has passed.
