easy to install and to entangle to the sound box

Surprisingly easy to fit. Used a small T square, a vernier caliper, soft pencil and masking tape to set up the cutting areas and a drill and sharp 'stanley' knife to cut the holes. It took longer to mark and mask than cut and fit. If your guitar is good quality, I'd strongly recommend the masking tape and scoring the hole outlines before cutting - to avoid any tear out of the beautiful wood and laquer damage.Everything works as it should, and the quality of the control unit/ tuner exceeded my epectations. Both the condenser and piezo pickups could be improved. But, for the price there's nothing to argue about.

The install is straightforward and the product looks great and clean once installed.However, I'm not sure if I've just been a bit unlucky but for me the mic setting om it has been pretty useless.When The mic is engaged using the mic/piezo blend, the mic actually emits a horrible buzz caused by the pre-amp clipping.The pickup is only really usable with the mic completely off. Which for me was a shame, as I prefer pickups with a mic as it captures the warmth of the guitar and the piezo sound can be quite a brittle sound (especially in my case on a classical guitar).Obviously I wasn't expecting something rivalling Fishmann or Seymour Duncan at this price point but I did at least expect it to do the job. Which unfortunately it has not.

A simple paper guide that you could place on the guitar to pre-mark out the cut line and screw holes. But if you're profishent enough in DIY, you will be fine. I used my mini-tool to cut. The device itself works perfectly and sound is great.

Turned up next day works and sounds amazing had to buy a new battery as the one in my old pre-amp didn't have enough power for it to turn on. I'm very happy with this A+++++ definitely buy from buyer again
