very good value
Good 8spd cassete in shimano hyperglide standard, Middle class, much stronger and precise than cs-hg200, much more heavy than cs-gh80. I recomend this for commuters, who need durability and low cost. Gears are working excelent

The real deal.
I bought a new chain for my hybrid bike and fitted it, not realising that my rear sprocket was worn. The result was that the chain was skipping badly on the cassette. What do you do? Buy a new rear sprocket, of course. This was delivered the next day (I love Amazon for their prompt delivery) and went on sweetly and no more chain skipping. This Shimano product is top-quality and the price was, well, very very good. I'm aware that there are issues with fake Shimano chains being marketed, and it's tempting to suspect anything bought online. In my view this cassette is the genuine article. The box states 'made in Indonesia' which doesn't imply fakery - merely outsourced manufacturing. I can recommend this product.

Good, the genuine thing.
Fitted this on my old Trek mountain bike. Looks very well made, fitted perfectly when the old cassette was removed. The derailleur didn't even need adjusted afterwards. My old bike now rides well again, no skipping of gears now.

Too many gears?
these are fine and all and fit easily, but why do you need so many gears especially when it makes them thin and likely to wear out quickly like the originals did.

Great cassette for moderately hilly area
I've been using this cassette on my new ebike for the last 8 months. Works perfectly (as expected from Shimano), virtually no sign of wear. It was easy to replace the Shimano cassette which came with the bike (11-40) which was too low geared for my purposes. 12-28 tooth is fine for my purposes (very few very steep hills in my area).
