Great for trimming strands off carpeting
Great accessory to trim strands of carpet at where they were joined. Carpet installers try to do a good job at time of installation but there are always a few strands that need to be trimmed. These scissors will enable you to get them cut off flush with the nap of the carpet.

FANTASTIC
These scissors are fantastic! I have a wool rug that gets perls on it a lot and now a solution! My friend and I each had a pair, sat on the rug and snipped away until it looks like new and we finished a bottle of wine! Someday, I might find a razor type gadget that I can rake over the rug. These scissors also wee great because my cat's pole gets shredded and wow--in just a few seconds, that was all cleaned up too!

Worked perfectly.
I needed a pair of carpet scissors, and these were the cheapest I could find. They are heavier / heavier duty than I expected, and they work exactly as advertised for exactly what I needed them to do. No need for a non-professional to spend more IMO.

Great scissors
Perfect for trimming rugs, small enough to go around curves and get to places that big scissors can’t

A close shave
Excellent carpet scissors. Perfect for when your non paying hairy lodgers attempt to ruin the carpets you worked hard to pay for.

Makes tidy job of cutting
Bought this to cut off all the stick up bits of carpet that my kittens racked up with Thier nails and it did a good job rather trying with an ordinary pair of scissors
