Perfect for senstive skin.
I have very sensitive skin which is in terrible condition on my hands. This cream is amazing. It soothes my skin and stops it itching and peeling. I suffer from psoriasis and it really helps for that. Use it at night with cotton gloves and its bliss being able to sleep again!

Not very effective on its own.
I use this as a skin cream. Most effective when mixed with another cream or carry oil.

Definitely needs investigation by Amazon .
I would very much like to receive the other 23 tubes as advertised!! I thought when the advert advert stated how much money I would save that this truly was a bargain. Alas only one tube arrived, costing me much more than I could have purchased it on the High Street. It was gross mis-advertising and a complete con of the public. You owe me 23 tubes.
