Bought these coals as my maniacal dog ate the old ones, came as 20 coals with 10 being enough so I have spares and shes not eaten them yet! Good product works well

They came on time and the quality was extremely good. Reccomemded.
Product arrived 1 day early, the quality was very good.insralled the coals in my gas fire and replaced the old ones. Very pleased with the result and heat output.

Quality replacement coals
I wanted to swop out the loose coals on the gas fire. When they arrived, they were exactly as described, however I hadnt measured my coals and they appeared on the large side. With some nifty repositioning they now look the part and I have lots extra as and when the new one's look worn out - assuming I remember where ive put them

Nice effect and glow
Produce a lovely glow and have a nice natural coal texture. The shape allows the coals to be placed easily in a way where they don't topple.

Havent used it yet but seems ok
I haven't used it yet but I guess it would be nice but not big as expected and nice to know it's free delivery. I wish it was when I bought mine but good to know it's free now when you order more so I give it 4 star hoping it would burn well in our gas fire.
