Fixed my suitcase when Tumi couldn’t!
The rubber chipped off the wheels of my Tumi T3 suitcase. Tumi Service charged me $70 shipping to tell me they couldn’t fix it because they “didn’t have the parts”. What a bunch of clowns.These wheels went right on, fit perfectly, and work better than the originals.

Good quality parts, but keep your old parts just in case
The wheel is a pretty standard rollerblade wheel and the other parts are good quality with thread compound on the screws. Before you order, make sure you take your current wheel system apart to check the axle size (length and diameter) and wheel size (important so that the suitcase sits properly). Most of these kits have 6-mm axels, but I needed 8-mm axels and the axel length was pretty close to the 40-mm size that was included in this package. I had to reuse one of the old bearings which included a protrusion sideways to keep the wheel from rubbing on the suitcase. When tightening, be careful to tighten enough so that the axle doesn’t wobble because too tight might make the wheel harder to spin. My end result was quiet fast-spinning wheels, so I’m happy I could rescue my old-faithful carryon.

Fits eBag Motherload Perfectly
Not sure what other bags or items these might fit but I can confirm they fit eBags "Motherload" bag perfectly and are very easy to install.

Roll easily
Replacing a suitcase that just has bad wheels (the ones attached at purchase usually have layers) that peel off too quickly. These, so far, are doing very well. I need to order more for other suitcases that have worn wheels.

Better quality
I used these on a set of wheelbars for my personal mobility scooter. By putting on smaller wheels it allows you more clearance for more varied terrain. A small adjustment that makes a big differenceđź‘Ť

Perfect replacement for my 25-year-old Dakota luggage
I had to use a hacksaw on the old wheel axil to remove the old wheels. You have to put the hacksaw between the wheel and the housing bracket after removing the old rubber from the wheel.
