Change to better batteries and still not working. Lousy product. Wasted my $30

The seller contacted me and offered to send us a new one. The new one works fantastic! It’s really helpful to have a visual to show the kids when time is up. Good customer service as well! (Old review below) Opened it and the first time my toddler tried to reset it, it broke. Of course I threw the box away already or I would have returned it.

Great timer to use with my child

I have 2 of these and just ordered a few more for different parts of my house. I love the loud buzzer that stays on for a longer time than other timers, and the snooze button on top. I also love the option not turn off the sound and just use the flashing light as the alarm. The shape is good plus there's a rubber grip on the bottom so it is stable, the case is not a super shiny white so looks good. I recently tried a different brand with color options I liked but returned as those were not as good. Their alarm was too quiet, didn't have volume or light options or a snooze button.

The rainbow part is just a piece of cardboard lol , but my son loves it and it’s really encouraging him to get ready when the timer goes off .
