The swing is sturdy and wider than our previous one, so really comfortable for our daughter. It’s wide enough for an adult.You can adjust the rope length it just doesn’t come with instructions. I’ve attached a photo to show how.

This swing is substantially made and heavy! The metal rope attachments are firmly fitted to the seat and easily removed to change the ropes if needed. The description states that the ropes are adjustable but are of a fixed length and cannot be altered. However, this swing was replacing a cheap hollow plastic seat and I was able to use the ropes from that. The quality is exceptional for the price and I thoroughly recommend it.

When fitting nuts underneath the seat, they are situated very close to the corners and as its a rubber seat, you need thin spanner’s or monkey wrench to tighten them up. Other than that the design is robust with good ropes

Bought the swing to replace a worn out unit. Very sturdy, well made. Grand daughter very pleased with it. Easy to install. There were no instructions with it to show how to adjust the height / length. Adjusting is easy if you know how. Fortunately a previous buyer included a diagram of how to adjust the height which I include in the pictures. If you're looking for a replacement swing, this is good value for money. Hope this is helpful.

Solid and great quality. CClearly needs supervision in use as could hit child in the head. If installing on a tree then some additional rope and attachments can be deployed to create the supports.

Wow, these swings are fantastic quality. Really heavy and tough like you're find in a public park. If you're even thinking about upgrading cheap hollow plastic seats, these are the ones to go for. Now heavy adults can fit easily, and my growing kids will get longer use out of our swings.

We installed the swing exactly as specified, and our 12 year old used it as intended. Within 2 weeks of use, one of the ropes snapped straight through, resulting in a very sore and very upset daughter. The seller has refused to sort out the issue. AVOID!!
