flag pole
Product is great, just make sure you place a modest size flag on it.. as a big one might be detrimental.. also, its simply common sense to bring the flag and pole down in high winds to avoid it snapping. Some very thin cable ties will help you secure your flag. Also be very careful when packing the sections away. I didnt use common sense and a couple of sections got stuck in each other. I would advise tying some string to the hoop at the top of the flag pole to help retrieve. I contacted their customer service team who were very helpful and rectified the issue in quick time

Postage return costs
It was perfectly ok but too big so I sent it back costing me £12.95 I reordered smaller one which was perfect I now have heard they are refunding the price of the pole which was £23.98 but I have still paid £12.95 to return the 6mt pole why do I have to pay to return he pole I have postage receipts.

Fairly robust, very lightweight
The loop at the top for attaching the flag came out very quickly, so I had to improvise. And it does sway a lot, probably need a better ground stake, but overall a great collapsible flagpole and certainly fit for purpose.

Great pole, use bungies to attach.
Great flag pole. We used bungies to attach on the second to last section and the top section can be used for a wind sock.

Telescopic pole for a wind sock ! The wind was only slight and it snapped! Useless !
Rubbish ! Was only up for ten minutes and it snapped !
