Steer well clear
I bought this as it was cheap and thought if it last me a couple of jobs not bothered but the fact the first nut I went to undo just with hand pressure snapped a socket in 2 places wouldn't trust it to even be used on a mechano set absolute rubbish I have returned spend an extra 30 quid and get a bahco set that will last you a lifetime I use them at work on a lot tougher jobs than a motorbike can throw at you and needless to say outstanding.

Not being a day to day mechanic I just needed this set for the odd job. I have been nicely surprised that it is certainly meeting all of my needs, with a big variety of pieces, covering all bases - and better than "good enough" quality.The spring loaded mechanism that holds each socket is not the absolute best, however this will not be a problem for anyone but the most regular user I think. I just took a little more care as I worked.One thing to mention is that there is 1x midi extension bar, and not a long one included so if you are working around awkward corners under the car bonnet perhaps you may find you want to purchase one.

Ratchet broke on second use....poor quality
Cheap, but ratchets are of poor quality. Broke second time I used it. Plenty of "bits" but noting to use them with....could not recommend.

quality reasonable for the money, lots of small sockets which I require for small machinery work
lots of small sockets ideal for general work, I have a heavier socket set for heavy work so only needed for small jobs and you get lots for your money
