Our daughter was taking swim lessons and was always shivering and cold! After two unpleasant lessons, we found this product. It was a total game changer! She suddenly LOVED her swim lessons and had so much more fun being warm and comfortable in this. It fit great and has held up being washed in the washing machine. Would be amazing for the beach too!

Good product. Easy to wash and dry. No issues using it while swimming. Size is appropriate.

Bought this for a tiny 8 year old with CP and temperature regulating issues. She has water therapy one day a week and swimming can sometimes drop her temp to unsafe levels. I bought this hoping the thicker wet suit would keep her warm enough for the water therapy to benefit her. She’s worn it a couple times so far without problems, keeps her warm! Her PT liked it so much she asked where I got it so she could recommend it to other patients families. My only reason for 4 stars is based on measurements. I got her a small, she’s about 28lbs and 40” tall (normal 3 year old size) but it seems to be rather short in the torso area, it’s very tight in the shoulders as far as length. Once her arms are in and I try to pull it up over her shoulders it’s very tight, much tighter than the rest of the suit. I know wet suits are supposed to be tight but just seems like either she’s too tall for it or the measurements given are wrong.

We use these for weekly family swim and swim classes where the indoor pool isn't that warm. It's made our kids way more comfortable in the pool. We've brought them on vacation too if the water isn't as warm - just extends the play time. The quality is good for the price, each one lasts us about 1.5 yrs.

So. My daughter has sensory processing issues. We had to go to a year of occupational therapy just to do tasks other kids do like get her face wet and lean her head backwards. Once she conquered those things (woo hoo, go babe!), we were ready to move up to swim lessons. But multiple times from age 5-7 she would climb out of the pool literally shivering, unable to swim because it was just too cold for her body (she is also very thin). So this year, we bought this wetsuit. It is a game changer!!! She wears it even on warm days, but it doesn't look out of place among other kids in rash guard/long sleeve swimsuits at the pool. I haven't heard her complain about being cold or uncomfortable one time since we got it. Amazing!!! I'm so grateful. She is 49" tall and weighs about 48 pounds and the large fit perfectly.

Even after 3 washes, it has this horrible smell lingering. It's very thick though.

We both love it! It is very good quality material, at least it looks and feels like it is. It's exactly as pictured. I love the thickness of the material. We take swimming classes all year wrong and this is great to help stay warm in the colder months. We haven't used it yet but for now it's 5 stars.
