Very Sturdy and Well Made
I purchased this to replace a 30 year old Fulton jack on my boat trailer. This one is much beefier and has a bigger wheel and castor design so it is much easier to move boat and trailer around by hand in my garage. Old jack always seemed to tilt and twist to side a bit when fully extended - this new one does not. Like that it has grease zerks. It cost about a hundred bucks more than a cheaper jack more like my old one but its worth it.

It’s sturdy
I bought this for our boat trailer after a lot of research. We are quite pleased with the performance of it. Easily raises and Lowers the wheel, it is big enough to handle the weight of our boat. The wheel is big which is better. Could not be happier with this product.

Great Boat Trailer Jack
Easy to crank, quality built, has grease fittings and a very comfortable handle. Fit perfectly.

Great trailer jacck
Great trailer jack. This is the longest lasting jack that I have had. Saltwater is hard on trailer jacks the construction and three grease fittings definitely help.

Significantly Easier
This jack is significantly taller than most jacks that are factory installed on bass boat trailers. Make it easier for my dad not having to bend down super low to raise and lower the jack.

Well built jack may be somewhat of an overkill, but very easy to operate.
This jack is very well built and well designed. The crank handle is larger in diameter, has a better grip, and fits better in the hands than the handle on cheaper jacks. As a result of the better quality and design, the jack is very easy to operate as opposed to the other jacks I've used. The release handle is much easier to operate as well. I like the larger wheel over the smaller dual wheels I had previously. Since this jack wheel rolls over concrete or asphalt much more easily than the smaller dual wheels, you might want to make sure the trailer wheels are well chocked before leaving the trailer uncoupled or unattended, even on level ground. The instructions are a bit ambiguous, and apparently haven't been updated in years. Normally, for something like this the instruction procedure is self explanatory (or should be) and is pretty much guided by common sense. The only reason I looked at them is I was having difficulty getting the bolts to line up perfectly with the holes. I've installed tongue jacks before and never had a problem. Turning the brackets around solved the problem, but I didn't realize it until after I had it installed incorrectly. I hadn't realized the holes were slightly asymmetrical. This instruction sheet is identical to the instructions for a jack I installed 15 years ago when I bought the boat trailer. The instructions are generic and for all models, not just this one. They apparently haven't been changed or updated in many years. There's nothing in them giving guidance on use, limits, and very little on care and maintenance, etc.Overall though, a decent heavy duty tongue jack.

It got bent when I used it for my 21 foot boat trailer.
Bent. Cannot handle my 21’ Boat. I called the customer service phone number provided the lady on the other side. Had a very poor communication scale.

Faulty product
First of all the product shows up in a box that is damaged. Before mounting the jack on the trailer I decided to assemble the wheel & handle and grease the jack.I finished assembling the jack and started to grease the 3 grease nipples. When I got to the top nipple I noticed it was loose, in fact it wasn't threaded in at all. The hole for the grease nipple to thread into is too large therefore the grease nipple cannot thread into the oversized opening. There are 3 grease nipples, they are exactly the same, how does this pass quality control? It’s very inconvenient to return it and there no apparent way to discuss the problem with anyone at Amazon, very disappointing purchase.
