This came well packaged and very quickly shipped. A nurse recommended this for achy back and I promised her I’d try it. She was right, now I’m stuck buying this forever basically. I’m glad it works though! It’s 3 pills per dose so keep that in mind, it also has shellfish. So folks with allergies please be mindful of this.

I take another Blue Bonnet supplement for my eyes and decided to give this a try. I've been taking it for about 3-weeks now, and can definitely feel a big improvement in my knee joints which were starting to hurt (one of the joys of getting older). At any rate, I would recommend this.

The bottle was broken inside the package, and I could not return it, or take care of a refund online, but I was able to call Amazon and get a refund. Good product. Lousy packaging.

I have used this supplement in this brand for 13 years and do feel like it has helped me. My local souce is in an inconvenient location, so I decided to check Amazon one day when I was going to be out before I could get back to the health food store. Found that I could get them through Amazon Prime and saved a good amount of money too! Wonderful.

I always buy Bluebonnet products. Used this for my knee arthritis for over a month along with daily exercise and I no longer have any knee pain. I still bike 15 miles a day without any pain. I will definitely reorder when it runs out.
