Very good photography, so the readers interest is captured right away.Good quick description of each of the hikes and short bio on each writer. Makes a good, compact reference book, and nice gift to someone who is into hiking / trekking.

Who wouldn’t want to hike these places before they die??? Can’t wait to go hiking and check out many of these spots. I love that not all these spots are the typical places everyone has heard of.

I already knew where I plan to go before I got the book. However, the book changed the plans. We have been to Kalalau Trail in Kauai and enjoyed it with the kids. There are endless places to go-incredible.

Gave this as a gift to a co-worker who is an avid hiker and he liked it. I did not get a chance to read it myself, but after flipping through the pages, and I could tell it would be a good read and very interesting. Hopefully my co-worker is able to tackle some of these must-try hiking trails!

Nice smaller book, only disappointing thing is, I was hoping for more photos than text.
