No hub is required, making setup simple and hassle-free.", this plug (socket) does not respond to the timer settings added in the app.There is no way for the plug (socket) to know the time, so how the heck is it supposed to know the time to turn ON or OFF! Even when it is connected to the same WiFi network as my iPhone, the plug does not respond to timer events!It is simply an ON/OFF app-controlled plug, if you do not have an active internet connection!These are USELESS to me!Update on 17 March 2023: still does not work on schedules even properly connected to a stable internet connection!Update on 25 March 2023: I was offered a full refund and was indeed refunded in full. The support and service these guys offer are really impressive, I changed the rating to 4 stars just for this kind of service that one seldom sees these days.

I liked the small footprint of the adapter and the ease of installation. It's so so convenient that I am using them for all the floor and desk lamps and anything else that's difficult to reach. I ordered another pack of four 😁.
