You press the "bulb" to your forehead or wherever quite hard to release the cologne and wet the pad. Yes, it has that cold refreshing feel I remember even if the fragrance isn't quite right. Does the job!

When I received the eau de cologne I was surprised by the tiny size (pocket size) . I didn't see in the description that it is 40ml bottle. My mistake.The smell is pleasant and cool.

I love this stuff, I use it to relieve my terrible migraines in my temples it seems to help me, it might sound odd to most people but for me it works, not all the time but sometimes depending on the severity of them. I used this as a youngster many many years ago in Germany but on coming back to the uk couldn't get it anymore for several years, until recently I searched and found them on Amazon. So glad I did.

I first used this product back in early 90's, but haven't seen it since.Absolutely delighted to rediscover it, and in a large size too!Dabbed on temples and wrist pulse points, it cools, and the scent is soothing and refreshing.Wonderful in hot weather
