Excellent customer service and excited to try the new device. **PRIOR**Wanted to love this tablet holder. We went with this option because the dual mounted ones wouldn’t work with how our seats are in the car (wouldn’t be even). We bought this for a long cross country road trip so our kids in the captains chairs could watch as well as the ones in the third row. We were worried that the weight of the iPad would make the mount tilt since the weight would be on the end of the mount. It didn’t, it actually fit pretty snug on our headrest and stayed in place. Where the big issues lie are that the plastic is very cheaply made. After 1 month of use, the top clamp just completely snapped off. Our kids don’t play with it or mess with it. We left the iPad on the mount for 3 days straight with no one touching it. Came out to the car one morning and the iPad was laying on the ground. Car was completely undisturbed. The mount is cheaply made so the clamp just broke off on its own over night and the iPad came crashing down. There’s no way to use the mount without both clamps so now it’s trash. Would be a great design if the clamps weren’t so cheaply made

Very sturdy

We're really happy with this tablet holder! One of my favorite features is the ability to rotate the tablet so I can easily access it from the front seat - super convenient! Installation was quick and easy, and although it was a tiny bit shaky during the drive, it felt secure, and my kids never complained about it. The only thing I wish it had was a bit more reach or an extension option. It would be nice to center the tablet more between seats or reach a child in the opposite seat without having to move it to a different headrest. Overall, it's sturdy and practical, and it made our car ride much smoother! Definitely recommended!

Super frustrated! I went to put it on my seat for a road trip and it broke!!! The little hook that connects to the seat snapped right off. I followed the directions I wasn’t hard on it or anything. So I had to find another solution to mount my kids iPad for the road trip.*Edit*Company reached out to make it right. I was sent the newer version and it is definitely built much more sturdy! The old one obviously broke but my iPad was almost too heavy for it and would sag despite tightening it, so the upgraded version is MUCH BETTER all around! I’m grateful for companies that back their product and customers! I will be purchasing another one for my other son!

Works great. I bought 2 different kinds of the same brand as sometimes the headrest bars height adjustments vary. If they are adjustable, this size works fine.
