I like this game a lot

As a first foray into F1 by codemasters, the game cant really be faulted. Good gameplay and solid mechanics led to an enjoyable f1 simulator. After playing the subsequent games, 2010 can seem a bit touchy though. A very fine line between having the car loaded on the edge of grip and then running out and running wide (this is with no traction control - cannot confirm with any of the aids turned on). The level of tyre graining was also not the most accurate, with some "offs" and accidents not providing the full realistic effect on the tyres. Nevertheless, this still proved to be an enjoyable game. 4/5.

So good, I bought it twice!! This game is so good that I have bought a second one to replace one that my darling Son damaged! Have skipped 2011 version as it had mixed reviews and decided to keep going with this one until I get the much-anticipated 2012 version instead!!

It's just a matter of opinion - I'm sure it's a good game but it's not to my taste. I've always enjoyed driving games, most recently my favourites have been Forza 3, Forza 4 and World Rally Championship. I don't take the games too seriously.I bought F1 2010 to have a go at F1 style racing, but I found it was a bit "serious". Too hard to drive, too easy to lose and ultimately I don't play it. Just my opinion though - if you like F1, you'll probably like this.

I found the game to be boring and taking too long to get used to the controls, it might be fine if you have use a steering wheel & pedals and the whole set-up as well as being well into driving games, but as a casual gamer with a standard control pad it was dull and a little annoying. The graphics were OK but not great. I sold it soon after getting it, which is rare for me.

For what this cost it was a bargain. The company Zoverstocks are great to deal with and prompt with responding to any questions.My son is enjoying this game on his Xbox .
