Make sure battery is fully seated
When you plug this in, a green light will show. Make sure the battery is fully seated. You will get a red light if the battery is low, that’s how you know you are fully seated. Green light will come on when battery is fully charged. I love this product.

battery won’t install/ wrong battery ???
The media could not be loaded. In the video this is the exact battery it came with, yet it doesn’t have the “high power” label like is showed in the product video. This battery won’t install, it’s like it’s not the right size for the charger… am I tweaking? Please tell me what i’m doing wrong
