ELECTRIC BIKE
I hae another electric bike, which is nice. But doesn't fold up. This bike has wider tires and rides smoother. But both bikes operate about the same speed. Also, this bike is well buit. They batteries on both bikes last a long time. This bike was an excellent price, especialy for a fold up bike. My other electric bike cost a lot more. So, to me its was well worth the price. The kick stand on this bike is better too. Both bikes pedal assist. you can pedal without using the battery or use it to climb hills.

A great e-bike that does everything I need it to do
My wife and I bought a couple of these and they're fantastic. It's incredibly easy to assemble, easy to handle, and it's very fun! The fat tires make it easy to ride on pretty much any terrain and it's pretty compact when folded up. It's also feature rich and allows you to tweak the top speed, pedal assist functions, as well as many other things. Personally I've found that I prefer the pedal assist off at all times and chose to enable just the throttle. So it functions as a normal 7-speed pedal bike and I'll use the throttle when it's really time to go! I highly recommend this bike!

Good product.
A good bike that does everything we want. We got 2 in June 2025 and now have 500 miles on each. The only minor annoyance is the brakes squeek. But the squeek is starting to lessen with mileage.

Love my new bike!
I’m a 65 year old that needed to get out more. I have MS so physical activity is difficult for me. The pedal assist is perfect for helping me keep up with others pace.

2 bikes 150mi - customer support atrocious
I ordered 2. I have about 150mi on mine so far.Shipping: 1 came slightly damaged due to shipping. And its clear there were minor differences in hardware & finish. Otherwise very happy with it.Performance: pleasantly surprised & legal. You can go pretty far with pedal assist. Just be mindful as battery depleted faster after half way mark.Long term issues: my bike screen has a connection issue (or some issue in the battery) somewhere where it either won't start (up to 10tries) or it'll shut off on a big bump (resetting my trip). This can be frustrating while on the trail.Narrak customer service: atrocious...ive probably emailed about 15 times addressing minor issues, sourcing parts (most are universal - luckily) but this screen issue is a big one and ive yet to get a response. If they fix customer support I'd give 5 of 5 stars. Best budget bike IMO.

Solid and fair price
My first e-bike. I am familiar with bikes, as I use to tour and race bikes years ago. Overall, it seems like a great ebike. Solid. I mostly like it as its fold up width allows me to put it in my Tacoma truck bed and under the foldable bed cover. If the stock default setting sare changed via the display, I can get it up to 28mph. It is normally limited to 20 mph. It also has excellent acceleration. Now the negative part. The instructions are sometimes vague. For example, it does not tell you how too adjust the front shocks. Also I understand this bike uses Lithium ion and not Lithium phosphate batteries. Ion batteries are limited to 500 charges while phospate anywhere between 3000-500 charges. That said, I notice most e-bike companies are using Lithium Ion batteries.

Great eBike
I have had this Narrak eBike about 3 weeks. I've got another eBike so I have something to compare this one to. Where to begin? I love this bike. I started out looking for a folding ebike and came across this on Amazon. The reviews on Amazon were excellent and the price is super affordable so I went for it. I had one immediate upgrade I wanted to do and that had to do with the gearing. I was ghost pedaling at PAS 3 and even some in PAS 2. I don't like that "clown pedaling" feeling. So I did some research and ended up getting a 48T front chain ring. The Narrak comes with a 40T front chain ring which is quite small. The rear flywheel is a Shamano 14-28T which I have kept the same. Just going to a larger front ring has made the gearing much nicer. I have no ghost pedaling up to about 18 mph and can pedal in PAS 4 to get that. I thought about upgrading the rear flywheel to an 11-28T which would give me better pedaling at the highest speeds PAS 4-5. However, that would come at a cost of higher gearing in the mid range. And I like my mid range where it is now and love the low range too. I ride in some hilly, mountainous areas and this bike gets me up and down like a pro. I like to pedal myself but will use throttle on challenging areas. I don't know if ebikers realize that when you do some pedaling your battery lasts way longer than if your are at full speed throttle the entire ride. That is not my style and I am getting good mileage on the battery so far. Not sure yet how far I can go but this bike is not that hard to ride at 0 PAS so I feel I could always get home on it. I think it's going to get around 45 miles on a charge if I push it that far. I put some Flat Out in the tires and that's another key I used on my other bike. Gotta have it. Stuff lasts the life of the tire. The ride is very smooth and balanced. The 4x20" tires are great. I have 4x26 on my other bike and like the wide tires. I can ride Narrak with no hands which shows that it is well balanced bike. That's another important thing for me. It makes the ride like a super glide. I also really like the size of this bike. My other bike is really tall. I'm 5'8" and this bike is so easy for me to get on and off. The adjustable seat has springs and works well. And I did fold the bike up and put it in my car and it fit in the back. Pretty cool feature. I also have a rack which is what I use most of the time but it's good to know you can make this bike into small bike. So there you have it. I'm an experienced eBiker, and mountain biker and this bike lets me go where I want to go. Happy trails all!
