Milk thistle is reviewed by the Cleveland Clinic, and it is an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant herb. The Clinic says that it is too soon, because the science hasn't studied it enough, to say it's giving the benefits it says. That given, it goes on to say that it will do no harm and it has been used by some folks who say it has helped them in various ways. It is just the science isn't there yet. After doing the research, I am definitely trying it. Too soon for me to know, and I will update later.
