What‘s the difference between the 2023 Version?

Hi, friend, Thank you for your question. Compared to the original Air Pro 2, the 2023 version adds the App Function. With EarFun App, you can switch between different EQ presets, customize the sounds for your preferences, adjust and disable the touch control, upgrade firmware, and more. Besides, we optimized the ear tips to make a comfortable fit according to most of the customers' feedback. EarFun insists on innovation and brings better products for customers. Only one earbud is connecting how do I fix it?

Happens to me sometimes and all I have to do is tap-hold the one that is off and it says something like "power on!", and then "connected". Problem solved.

How to connect with EarFun App?

Hi friend, Thank you for your question. You can connect the App with the below steps: Step 1: Download or update to the newest version of EarFun Audio APP. Step 2: Make sure EarFun Air Pro 2 is successfully paired to your Bluetooth-enabled device. Step 3: If you are using an android phone, please enable the mobile phone location function simultaneously, which should be also authorized to EarFun Audio APP. Step 4: Enter the app, click the "+" button at the bottom to search for devices, add your EarFun Air Pro 2 to the APP. Please feel free to contact us by clicking "Contact Seller" if you have any problems. EarFun Customer Service Team

Is active noise cancellation always on when turned on? or will this device remember the last used setting?

In my experience the last setting is not retained. Furthermore, if you have ANC on then want to listen with just one ear, it defaults back to off.
