An answer to prayer for me. I suffer the effects of a botched back surgery from 30 yrs ago that left me with compressed vertebrae which in turn causes hideous muscle spasms from the compressed nerves. That comes about if I do repetitive moving around. I can no longer exercise, etc., as those repetitive moves inflames the nerves which in turn will cause the spasms. I don't want to chance another back surgery so I've learned to calculate my moves. But in the event that i get spasms, I immediately take this and like it says, within 2 minutes the spasms/cramps ease up or I take a dose just in case. I found this by accident one night years ago when the spasms awakened me and I was in hideous pain. I did a search on the computer and this rather popped out at me. I thought I have nothing to lose and hopefully freedom from pain to gain. And it worked and has been working for probably close to 20 yrs. It's on hand all the time. I won't be without it. Great stuff. I mix it in a bit of water with some stevia drops and it makes it go down better! But it really does what it says it will.

This stuff works as advertised. One swig and muscle cramps disappear in just a few minutes. I keep it handy on the bedside table to alleviate night cramps that wake me up.

Working so far

This remedy works so well for leg cramps, my leg cramps stop about one minute after I take a dose it doesn’t taste too good but when you’re in that much pain, it’s well worth it. I mix 4 or 5 cap fulls with a little bit of warm water. I hold my breath and chug it as fast as I can and I have a jigger of mouthwash ready so I can rapidly change that awful flavor in my mouth, but in the end, I love this product. It works every time.

Great, but develops balls of slime after opening, very gross.🤮 this is not sediment. I keep removing slime with a qtip before drinking or you would gag on the slime. Otherwise it really helps my cramps at night.i do get heartburn the next day. But it works.
