I purchased the Aqua fresh Water Purifier Feb 2024 with high hopes of ensuring clean and safe drinking water for my family. However, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.Firstly, the unit's performance is subpar. Despite following the manufacturer's instructions meticulously, the water still tastes off and has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the filtration system seems ineffective as I noticed sediment and particles in the water after just a few days of use.Furthermore, the internal parts of the purifier appear to be faulty. Within weeks of installation, certain components started malfunctioning. The water flow became inconsistent, and on closer inspection, I discovered that several internal parts were not functioning as intended.Attempts to contact customer service for assistance were met with lengthy delays and unhelpful responses. It's frustrating to invest in a product marketed for its reliability, only to encounter such glaring issues and a lack of adequate support.In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Aqua fresh Water Purifier based on my experience. Its poor performance and faulty internal components make it an unreliable and unsatisfactory investment for anyone seeking a dependable water purification solution.
