This book is a nice read and has good examples to understand the type of transaction done in investment banking. Great reference for the future.

I actually like this book and think it is quite excellent. I think the discussion is pretty clear and covers the basics really well. In my opinion, however, this new edition is not significantly different from the second edition. This does not mean the material was not updated, but the important fundamental things you could learn from this book do not appear to be materially different than the prior editions.

Great read to get up to speed on the technicals of investment banking. Of all the print/digital textbook reads on corporate finance/valuation/investment banking, I think I this one reigns supreme.
