Good quality resistance loop bands
This is an Amazon Vine review of the Flexmate loop resistance bands 5-pack I’m really just starting to get into using resistance bands in my workout. I like them for their portability and ease of use. These loop bands are pretty useful, they can be used in a variety of workouts that longer resistance bands just won’t work for. I like the options for various workouts, I also have a set of the standard resistance bands from Flexmate (refer to picture for size comparison), and those are also quite nice. Once again, I wish they had the resistance value stamped or written on the band, but I guess that’s a minor complaint that I have. All in all, this is a nice small set of resistance bands that you can bring anywhere to workout, and they are quite useful for a variety of exercises, I would recommend these.

Good stretch!
A few years ago I suffered a broken elbow, and that pretty much ended my days of heavy lifting. Since then I've gotten into more lighter weight HIIT style workouts and yoga. Now let me say, I'm not a flexible person. I'm not very bendy. So trying to do yoga was a struggle. So I got these as a cheat helper kind of thing. This has helped me tremendously. I'm only doing the yoga once a week, but it has helped me in quite a few ways with back pain and overall flexibility. Now the title of the product says something about pull up assistance bands, I don't think I would try to use them for that, but for any other exercise, like side shuffles, or mountain climbers or leg scissors they are great. Also for the yoga when it says touch your toes, (which I cannot do), I put one under my foot and use it to help pull me down getting that extra bit of stretch in there. The bands seem to snap right back into place and have different resistance levels for whatever workout you are doing.Overall, a great investment into the world of resistance bands and a good addition to any workout program.

Good quality
These are really good bands. I won't say they are better competitors but the same. The price is a little on the high side for workout bands of the same quality. That is really my only complaint about these. They do the job of adding resistance for my footwork drills for boxing. Although I can get the same quality for half the price. Should consider dropping the price to around $20 to be more competitive.

Nice set of mini bands
A good variety of resistance bands, but 5 shades of blue instead of all different colors (like other brands). Different colors are certainly easier to grab and keep track of. That said, each is clearly marked (extra light-extra heavy), with lightest blue the lightest resistance and progressively darker shades as they get harder. But I wonder whether the printing will fade/stretch and still be legible after extensive use. I will update after using regularly for a few months. To start, these mini bands are good for many upper and lower body routines. I will also point out that there was no crossfit guide included in my box.

Great resistance bands and levels…
This is a great set of bands. It comes with 5 different levels of resistance to accommodate your fitness/strength level as well as stretching. You don’t want to stretch with the strongest levels even though you can use the strongest level in a given exercise, so I thought it was great that there is varying degrees of resistance. Another review mentioned that it did not come with a manual, this was true but there was a QR Code that you could scan and see some, so please don’t let that discourage you. No need to get hand fed everything in life, do a little research and see what exercises or stretching you want to do for the goals you have in mind that tie to your physical circumstances as no exercise is really meant for all…find what’s best for you.Back to the product… Love the neutral colors, all bands came perfectly made (no tears or fraying), they performed exactly as I would hope they would. I also don’t feel that the price was necessarily steep, it has a good price point for the product you are receiving. Well made and this gym rat would definitely recommend these bands to anyone in the mid-range strength category. If you’re a power lifter, you may want thicker bands…these are good for everyone else! :)

No pamphlet or guide
Product page says there's a pamphlet and guide but didn't receive one so I'm not sure about that. I've used resistant bands before though and have a good enough idea to see how they should work. Also have another set I use every now and then but prefer to stick with dumbbells. They're okay. Not truly bad, like some of the other brands I've seen on here, that are so flimsy or will dry out and snap quickly. Also not very good, but to be fair, most resistant bands suck anyway. If you are in a humid environment, these will eventually dry out and snap, potentially causing injury. It's the same problem with all resistance bands.

If You Like or Need to Use Resistance Bands for Exercise These are a Great Option
I wouldn't say that I am a resistance band exerciser, however there are times when using resistance bands is much more convenient, especially when traveling. These 5 bands with varying strengths are a great option if you like using resistance bands, or needing a convenient travel accessory to keep up your workouts. They come in 5 different strengths. Like any workout accessory you have to find your resistance or weight level to make them most effective. I started out with the easier strengths, and worked up to my ideal band, which was different for each exercise. There is quite a bit of difference between the x-light and x-heavy and good separation between each of the 5 resistance bands. You should be able to find one that works for you at any workout level.I only have two issues, which are not faults of the bands but my own getting used to them. First is that when you pull on them you might feel they are going to break, but they so far appear very strong and capable of withstanding years of use. The other issue is because they are bands rather than round tubes, gripping them with your hands is a little more uncomfortable, but I am sure that too will be easy to get used to.
