I purchased this to clean my sliding glass door and the plastic hinge over time broke. It’s only been 4 months and now pretty useless. The adapter isn’t standard design so I can’t even re-use the pipe or find replacement.Update: After reaching out the seller, a replacement was sent and all was resolved. Great customer service.

I bought this for my outside picture window and was surprised at how well it did the job. I used some dish soap and hot water and the windows looked clean. It came with both 10 inch and 14 inch squeegee heads. Pole extensions were easy to put together and snap in place, sort of like an umbrella. You get extra microfiber cloths so that was a plus. I don’t have to climb a ladder and use spray cleaner anymore. I looked at many reviews before deciding on this product, happy with the purchase.

I love how I can make it the size I need it to be depending on the job I'm using it for. It's very easy to use and all the extra tools make it sooooo much easier to clean. I will never have to buy another squeegee again the material is great because its durable as well. I couldn't be happier.

I got 2 of these as I needed a little more length. Also I can switch the head easily to wash and squeegee. I found that having a dry microfiber to wipe after using squeegee gets rid of any streaks that seem inevitable no matter what you use to clean. I live on a slope and climbing a ladder to clean the windows is not something I'm going to do. I've had other devices, but this is the best as it has so many options for cleaning. 2 different sized mop heads. 2 different types of mop heads and 2 different sized squeegees. It also has a straight extension and an angled one which is nice for different situations.

The handle is very flimsy, the squeegee is crocked, and it does not clean the water evenly. The extra rags are garbage might as well take a rag from your house and use instead. it is not worth the money. Do not buy this product. the squeegee from the dollar store did a better job than this product.

My friend and I started a window cleaning business and bought these kits to get started. When we opened one of the packages, we were impressed with the quality and flexibility of the item. However, when we tried to use the squeegee side of the handle, it was disappointing. It left streaks and was very difficult to cut the corners. The sheep wool side worked great, though, along with the expanding pole. You get what you pay for. It's not a bad choice if you have a different squeegee that you prefer to use more. Something to consider before buying this item..

Not bad for residential use.Works very well, easy to install and set up.It’s lightweight and quite durable.The squeegee isn’t of great quality so it leaves some streak behind.Good value.

I have tall windows and have had the hardest time cleaning them because they are behind bushes. This tool kit allows the pool to curve so you can get the windows clean! I love that it has a package of cloths too. I throw them in the wash so that I can use them over and over
