Cartridge Seam Sealer, 310 ml

Do not breathe vapour, basically use outside. Do not get on skin, use disposable gloves. More of an adhesive than a rubberised frame sealant. Used to stick down a solar panel to help prevent it from getting stolen. Hopefully it will do the trick along with being bolted from underneath. That and the Smart water. Might have preferred the rubberised stuff to use as this was a bit tricky. Best advice would be not to apply too much as it spreads well under pressure.

Bought to seal new vents on a be golf mk7 which had a small swimming pool of rain water in the boot. Goes on quite liquid but sticks well and no worse than handling silicone sealant really.It does smell strongly of solvent for days after using it but once it’s finally gone off it’s fine.Has done the job and the boot is now dry despite really wet weather recently. Good stuff

Used this to seal a seam on my car. After only a month it had cracked, so it was a waste of time. I followed instructions on the web as the sealant has no instructions supplied. For DIY you don't need a large tube like this. a smaller size would be better.

I had a small amount of water getting into the boot an my ford focus. I got this and put a thin bead on all the seams around the car with the hatch open. It goes on really well and is simple to smooth out. Most importantly it seals really really well and goes a long way...

Dried out to have loads of open cracks, exposing the under-surface. Not great.

Very messy to work with, 2 days later it all cracked off not happy, went back to the usual brush on stuff I use.
