Replacement keyboard appears to be genuine ASUS replacement. Took me about 1.5 hours to replace the keyboard since whoever designed this laptop thought it would be a smart idea to have about 50 tiny screws holding down the keyboard.For anyone who has the GA401I model, the keyboard P/N is 0KNR0-2618US00. This replacement keyboard will work just fine, the only difference appears to be this particular keyboard is slightly less clicky than the original.If you're hesitant to replace it yourself but don't want to shell out min $300 to replace a keyboard, just search ASUS Zephyrus G14 keyboard replacement on YouTube and there are videos that will walk you through step-by-step.

This keyboard fit my GA401I perfectly. Typing feels great and the backlight is strong. Plus it arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Highly recommended!

The Escape Key was too big to my GA401QM model

I had no issues with compatibility and it fit just fine. The backlight is not as good as the original, and the original already struggled in regular environments. If you need a cheap replacement that is guaranteed to work, buy this.

Keyboard quality control is poor:Got keyboard, and even before I installed it, one of the keys (the 8 key) was sticky / would stay down after being pushed. This continued after installation, and am likely getting another replacement keyboard instead. As can be seen from the photos below, the 8 key has faulty hinges, and will not move up after being pressed down (the photo with no cap shows how the hinge is "stuck", while the functioning hinge next to it is flat due to it being able to move well)Every other key functions well (for now).This keyboard doesn't have the default F2, F3 or F4 symbols, instead having back, pause, and skip (this obviously doesnt remap the keys).

The button lettering could be more bold but the keyboard worked perfectly and got my cousins laptop back up and running.

This is a product that once you install, it can not come off unless you're having another keyboard installed, which is clearly not a lot of people's cases when buying a spare part. I am giving it one star because I think not having backlighting when it is advertised is not acceptable. It might be just the product I received, but I have tried everything and nothing seems to get it working. The keyboard does work properly however. Ill attach a picture of how it looks when installed for those of you curious about it.
