I have a few different sets of pest repeller plug ins with mixed results. They all have pros and cons,these are definitely the best looking ones with their stylish sleek white-black modern look. The LED indicator lights breathe, looking more like an adaptor than a pest repeller. They are also a good size, not too big or small and fit in all plug sockets I have tried without blocking access to the other plugs.The units themselves feature single modes .There is‘t a feather touch button and so there is no actual mechanical switch to depress up and down.Only plug in, however but it works well and seems responsive. Now unlike some of my cheaper units, with these I can actually detect a difference in audible frequency when each mode is selected implying that they actually are emitting sounds and also that each mode is different. Many of my unbranded devices make no noises at all and so it is not actually possible to know whether they are doing anything at all. This makes me happy with my choice of brands since I know it is doing something. I am very hopeful that the sound will be effective.My opinion on these is that they feel very solidly built and very sturdy. In fact when I plug them in or take them out, I can feel that the workmanship quality is very good. When I used other brands,I could feel some flex in the casing and a bit of a wobble. I do not know if this is a design flaw or if I just received a dud. However with the KAVNLON ones, I can avoid holding the units at the top and bottom when plugging in. It's much easier on my hands to be able to hold it on either side.I haven't had these units long enough yet to know whether they will eradicate my pest problem completely, because the instructions mention that this could take many weeks. I will update the review in a few weeks. I have already noticed a difference in the basement.

At work, we have a small trailer that we either have meetings in, eat our lunch and really just have it to help store items. We started having an ant problem and while we aren't allowed to have chemicals such as bug sprays, I thought I'd give these a try. Not only has this been working, but it's a lot safer than using chemicals. All I did was plug this in and left the trailer but before I left, I noticed there was a fairly big trail of them but left them there. When I came back about 5 hours later, I noticed that there were a few stragglers but that trail of ants was gone. When I came back before we left to go home, no ants at all. We have had this plugged in for about a month now and normally we have other bug problems since the weather is warmer but with this plug in, we haven't had anything since the first day I plugged this. The rest I have at home and they've been working too. However, I wasn't sure at home but at my job, I can actually see the difference and see that it's working.

had to find where mice had been getting into the house. since i installed where they were getting into havent seen or heard any signs of the critters since.

I don’t want to jinx it but ever since I put it on, I haven’t seen any tiny friends

Although I love scientific gadgets, I was highly skeptical of these. I took a chance and ordered them anyway. It says in the instructions that they need to be plugged in for at least 24 hours. I believe these took affect within a matter of minutes. There are no more ants crawling on the counter! There was a small army of them there before. I wish I had an infrared camera and my tripod back so that I could photograph any little critters, including mice, crawling around at night, running away from these devices.

Needed something to replace the old one. So far so good.

Haven’t seen the mouse we had since we plugged these in. Keeps the insects out of the house so far also.

It significantly reduced the bugs and ants in my basement. I really recommend to anybody.
