TimberlandMen's Splitrock 2 Hiker Boots

Boots arrived within a couple of days of ordering. They are a perfect fit and, hopefully, will be comfortable on long walks. I bought these having spent a considerable time searching for something to wear in Winter conditions that will be waterproof. I have fell boots for the serious stuff, but I wanted something a little less heavy. These should fit the bill. The only problem I have with them is that they are extremely smart and it will be a real shame to muck them up on muddy walks. And as they are Nubuck, they are not going to be easy to clean.

Exactly what you expect with the timberland footwear. Quality.

There's very little cushioning in these boots - I've had to remove the insoles and replace them with some others that provide more cushioning. Fortunately, this has also had the effect of making the boots more snug - with the standard insoles, there was quite a bit of space above my feet (not something I've come across before), making the boots feel too big - the length was fine, but there was too much movement vertically. With cushioned insoles, however, these boots are great.As for the colour, the photos make them look virtually black; they're a little more blue in reality, but not obviously so unless worn with black trousers/jeans. The white highlights work well, and was the main reason I went for the navy over the black.Only reason I haven't given them a five-star rating is the need to replace the insoles.

The picture does not do it justice, they are a great looking pair of casual boots, from the colour to style even the laces are quality. Very comfortable with a strong build, whether your walking up a steep hill or just around town on the weekend you'll be happy in these, they look good and feel great.

Fantastic value for money. I always buy timberland boots for my son for school as they are fantastic build quality and last all year. These boots on the high street are £100 so why pay that when you can pay this price (I paid £60) with free delivery. Defo recommend to anyone wanting a good priced timberland boot.

I previously bought a pair of boots similar to these, and thought based on the fact that they are timberlands they would be amazing. I was not disappointed!!! As a result this is the second pair I've bought and they are worth the money. Best buy for me this year!

Bought these for my son for xmas. He had a pair previously so thought I couldn't go wrong and I was right. Think is he is 25 years old and I end up buy all his clothes but these are very good quality and delivery good.A satisfied mum.

Good quality boots at a great price. Fit was as expected and very comfortable when wearing. Not yet wore them in heavy rain though. Will see how we get on!
