Game Changer
Buy these. They work. I’m 6ft 4 and 16 stone and can do multiple sets. My goal of course is to throw them away and I am confident I will get there in time 👊

Looks good, sturdy and helps build pull up strength over time
I have been using these for a while now, I have played around with adjusting heights for best tension and also using various weight resistance tension bands to help me improve my pull up strength, I have found these have helped me get better over time.You have to definitely watch the instruction video on how to strap it to you pull up bar to ensure it does not come off in use, I got it wrong when I moved it to a different location and forgot how to strap it back on, I put my weight on it and the strap slipped and as a result I get a nasty bruise for my troubles ( this item can hurt if assembled wrong),

Not great for a beginner
Brought in a hope to help assist to do a pull up. Unfortunately it didn’t help. I think I’ll go back to using a resistance band like at the gym which provided better assistance. Returning.

Not Good
Not very good. Couldn't hold my weight. I am 100kg and everytime I used it the fasten would just snap off.
