The lighting is just not what I expected

Faulty "Y" Key.
I am giving this product a One Star rating because the "Y" key is faulty. I would like to ask for a replacment. If this could be done? I shall change my rating.

very durable and the switches are really satisfying, shame there aren't any drivers though.
