A great hernia belt that works as advertised. It's very secure and doesn't slip. It has a couple of extra movable pieces to help keep your hernia in place. I wear it all day and have not had any problems. I bought this belt to hold me for a few weeks until I can get in to see my doctor. It's very comfortable, works well, and the sizing was just right.

My son-in-law has an umbilical hernia so I ordered this, hoping it would help. He loves it! So much so that I ordered another one so he can switch off - wear one as the other is being washed! It has helped to the point that the hernia is staying in place better, which he's very thankful for since the recommended surgery isn't an option right now. He does not use the cup that comes with it, says that makes it uncomfortable. I'm guessing the cup is helpful after surgery.This belt is stretchy enough to adjust for comfort and the velcro holds it perfectly in place. It is easy to put on and remove and is thin enough that you can't tell he even has it on.Overall this belt is a huge win! It is comfortable, easy to clean, and it helps!

I was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia, and the doctor recommended an abdominal binder. Bought this one the next day and it's been great. My belly button has actually retreated back inside where it should be, and I feel like I've improved my posture since I've started wearing it. It's very easy to put on and it feels like it's keeping everything where it is supposed to. It stretches to fit (I'm on the lower end of the L/XL size). It supports my core and the compression is comforting.If you need a binder and don't want to spend a lot, this is a good one!

The product itself is well made and most likely effective for other hernia types but did not work for my right spigelian hernia located at the lower right side of my abdomen just below the belt line. I returned the item.

It is a decent wrap, the Velcro is super strong and it does keep everything in. Unfortunately, it is very wide - like 6.5 inches and those of us who are short and have very little waste length; it goes from below my pant waistband up to my bra. It is not comfortable to sit in all day. And the front part with the big velcro pad is not soft like the rest....its stiff and made of some crinkly material so it makes noises. I dont like that.I wish I could return it as it wasn't cheap. I need to find one that is about 3-4 inches wide and with less noise, more flexibility.

Works well, I have an umbilical hernia which has become incarcerated multiple times. Since using this during activities it has stayed in place. I have machine washed it on delicates and it held up ok with just some very minor pilling, which is great since I have been using it during sweaty workouts. It doesn't rub while biking and walking which I appreciate.

The Blitzu Truss Support is made of high quality materials. The Velcro is the best I have ever seen. The Truss provides me with needed support to my core and abdominal muscles. It also helps with hip pain. I wear it all day and all night simply because I am more comfortable with it than without it. I recommend it.
