This is not an extended warranty
Don't buy this plan if you are looking for ext nded warranty, your money will go in vain as it went for me. Waste of money as the only coverage is of physical damage with not 100% claim. I would suggest not buy or buy with caution

Smooth claim process and best mobile insurance
I am writing this review after I got mobile repaired free of cost by using acko cashless repair.My Redmi K20 Pro front screen and back glass got broken due to a fall, so I booked a cashless repair from acko mobile app. It asked me to drop the mobile at service center of my choice. I dropped my mobile at service center and they told me that they don't have the parts right now, so they accepted my mobile as pending. They only did all the insurance claim related work from their side. I got call from service center after 7 days that mobile has been repaired and I can pick it up. I didn't have to do anything from my side apart from booking the claim, so yeah this was my experience with acko and it was really smooth process and on time repair.
