This is a great charger until it stopped working about 6 months in. It still charges itself perfectly but will no longer charge my iPhone with the attached cable. We had the same problem with the 10000 mAH charger prior to this. I’ve tried finding a way to contact customer service to see if there is a way to reset the chargers but haven’t had luck yet.

I can not say enough good things about this charger!! Best purchase I’ve made. Takes a little time to charge itself, but when you plus your device in, Lightning Quick Charging. My friends have all bought one. It’s great for the office so your not stuck in the wall, festivals, TRAVEL!!!!! And so much more. It is a little heavy, but worth it!! So many connectivity options as well as a ISB adaptor if your charger type isn’t included. It’s about the size of an iPhone 11 but thicker. Fantastic purchase.

I cannot say enough good stuff about this. This is probably one of my favorite purchases I have ever made. This thing has saved me so many times when I have been out and about and my phone decides to die. I will say that it takes a while to recharge the portable charger. I am usually able to recharge my phone multiple times before the battery in the portable charger dies.

It works as intended charges my phone super fast really portable and easy to use just plug and play dont need to click a button for it to charge your phone as soon as its plugged in it gets to charging to built in cables are truly amazing and work well they are small cables so keep that in mind about 4 inches each but they work great it its a value for money Battery Life, is great. The size its a little chunky and a bit heavy but i dont have any issues fitting it into my pocket the versatility of the cords really are a life saver. It does start to heat up a little bit under load doesnt get super hot just noticeably warm great product i would buy again.

This is so awesome, our power went out for a day and I was able to keep my phone charged. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It’s portable to take anywhere you go and the cord length is just right. I use it to plug in my Led light pad to work on my diamond dots when I don’t have a plug nearby. It’s so easy to use and it has a display screen that shows the percentage of the battery. My go to charger.

The battery pack worked well for six months, and then it stopped working

My husband and I love this charger!! I bought it because he had gotten the 10000 one but I accidentally got this one and what a happy accident. In fact, I often have to steal it back from him because he’s using it more than me. Lol he’s secure in his manhood so the pink doesn’t bother him. We’ve taken it on several vacations since purchasing and it goes everywhere with us. The value for the money is another great selling point. It charges my iPhone 15 promax, my iPad and my husbands iPhone 15 pro max at all once. We’ve even managed to get his vape on with a cord and charge 4 things at once if necessary. The best feature is the quick charge! With that said recharging it doesn’t take long either. All in all I’m about to buy another one so that should speak for itself in regards to being satisfied!! The only downside if you can even say it’s a downside, it’s heavy but it’s supposed to be.

Update: Customer service reached out to me after seeing my review and sent me brand new chargers! They have an excellent warranty system. We will see how long these new ones last, but the exceptional reach out was amazing to help remedy my complaint was great 💕.This was great…while it worked. Unfortunately it stopped charging Apple products with the charger attachment after 5ish months. Also our 2nd one stopped charging itself when plugged into the wall. Not worth the money with that longevity. Even on sale.

I charged this product fully and then used it for about a week (with constant use) before I had to even think about charging it again. It charged my phone fully about 5-6 times before going down to 20%, when I charged it again.I would worry about the weight of it being a problem for the prongs after a while, but so far I have no issue. I was also concerned about overheating after reading some reviews, but so far it’s been perfectly fine. Charging my iPad had no issue, and leaving the product to charge overnight was no problem either.It’s a little bulky and the length of the built in cords makes it even more awkward to hold, but overall I highly recommend!!

I bought this on Prime Day to replace another brand I bought last year that has recently broke. I went with the upgraded mAh for this one and I was shocked at how heavy and bulky it is compared to the old one, that’s the only con I have for this thing. Charges quickly which is wonderful if you’re on the go and in a pinch.

I bought this with reading good review and convenience to use them for my travel , but doesn’t last me 5 cycles. Very disappointed. The wall charger won’t charge anymore doesn’t matter how much I tried .. it’s not cheap and waste money. 😞

I purchased this power bank to replace my old bank that could plug into the wall and my other bank that couldn’t.I was looking for something that could charge my switch on the go without having to carry a separate cable.I originally found the 10,000mAh one and then saw that this 20,000mAh one was $15 off, making it around $7-$8 more than the 10,000mAh one, so why not go for the one that carries double the charge.This power bank is thick and it is heavy, but seeing as it is to hold a lot of charge for a long time, the size and weight of it is pretty good. You probably won’t notice it in your tote bag or backpack, but would probably notice it in your pocket, fanny pack or smaller purse/bag.I can confirm that it does charge my switch and phone at the same time. It did take my switch a while to start charging, maybe 3 seconds, but it did charge, and at the same time as my phone.Overall, I believe this is an amazing product for a great price (I had a $15 coupon). If you don’t mind the extra weight and size, this power bank is the one for you. No need for extra cables, can charge while plugged into the wall, and can charge multiple devices at a time. The case is a wonderful add on to keep it safe. Highly recommend!
