Fluoride-Free for 5+ Years – Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste That Actually Works
Our family made the switch to fluoride-free toothpaste over 5 years ago after I began researching the long-term effects of fluoride. I had concerns, especially about daily exposure for children, and wanted a safer, more natural alternative. That’s when I discovered nano-hydroxyapatite (n-Ha) and we’ve never looked back.During my research, I learned that countries like Japan have used nano-hydroxyapatite for decades, instead of fluoride, to prevent cavities and rebuild enamel. Japan also does not fluoridate its water, yet still ranks among the top nations for dental health. Toothpastes like Apagard Premio are a great example of Japan’s success with n-Ha. This form of calcium, originally developed by NASA, binds to and fills in microscopic cracks in the enamel, reducing sensitivity and strengthening teeth over time.Since switching, we’ve experienced a big reduction in tooth sensitivity and visible improvements in enamel strength. This particular toothpaste has become my daily go-to, while I use Apagard Premio for natural whitening and Boca fluoride-free toothpaste for soothing my teeth on more sensitive days.To get the most benefit from nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste, here’s how to use it:Brush as usual for at least 2 minutesDo not rinse immediately after brushing, just spit out the excessLet the residue sit on your teeth for as long as possible so the n-Ha can continue to remineralize the enamelUse twice daily for best resultsPros:Fluoride-free and non-toxicUses nano-hydroxyapatite (trusted in Japan for decades)Remineralizes enamel and reduces sensitivitySafe and gentle for adults and childrenClean taste, non-foaming formulaCons:Less foaming than traditional toothpaste (but that’s intentional and actually better)Whitening is gentle and gradual, not instantIf you're exploring a healthier alternative to fluoride, I highly recommend this toothpaste and nano-hydroxyapatite in general. It’s well-researched, used globally, and has made a huge difference in our family’s oral health.

No glycerin, great price, it works!
I looked high and low for a Hydroxyapatite toothpaste that did NOT contain glycerin, this is one of the very few (if not the only one) that is glycerin free, if you are wondering why, glycerin coats your teeth and can prevent re-mineralization which would defeat the purpose of this particular toothpaste.I am on my second tube, I wanted to use it for a while to make sure it worked, and it does. The toothpaste is a bit on the thinner side (compared to other toothpastes), which is fine, it does not affect it at all, it works fine, just be aware that when you squeeze some out, it will come out faster than you expect and might even run down the side of the toothbrush, I am frugal with it, I don't squeeze out a bunch of it so it's not a problem. I also "shake" the tube a bit before I open it, since it's thinner, I want to make sure all the ingredients are equally mixed in the tube before I squeeze it out, I don't know for a fact that it does or does not separate, it's just something I do for my own peace of mind.I brush my teeth with this toothpaste and spit it out but I don't rinse, I allow the residual toothpaste to remain in my mouth and on my teeth to get the most benefit from it.I noticed that within a few days, my teeth were less sensitive, I don't have a major problem with sensitivity but I did notice the difference. I feel like this gets my teeth and mouth very clean.I like the ingredients, the flavor is not like other toothpaste, it has more natural ingredients so it doesn't have that blasting, knock your head off mint flavor like so many other toothpastes have, this is more subtle, pleasant.I also noticed that my bottom teeth seem tighter, if I use a different toothpaste for a few days, I feel like my bottom front teeth move a little, not major movement, but it's there. When I use this toothpaste regularly, daily, it makes my teeth feel more tight.Bottom line, I will continue using this.

Its just the taste thats not great!
Tastes funny, bought another similar kind to use after cuz it left a taste of bad breath in my mouth. But it definitely whitened my teeth and reversed a possible cavity!

Best for teeth
Best toothpaste I’ve used. The taste can be off putting at first but you get used to it. It’s not horrible just weird lol. Ever since I found out glycerine is bad for your teeth and enamel and it seems to be in all other toothpastes, I got this one for its benefits and the fact that it’s glycerin free! I also avoid fluoride as well so that’s another bonus. It works great!!

Not Impressed
After about a month of using this toothpaste I threw it away. It didn't feel like my teeth were cleaned, it stained my teeth, and I didn't care for it. The taste and smell was pleasant.

100% natural
I do love this toothpaste. It is definitely made in small batches because the last one I purchased was EXTREMELY minty. Fortunately I have enough of the tube before to mix with the super minty one. I do highly recommend this toothpaste for those that care about decent, natural, and pure products. Big thumbs up!

Good Alternative to fluoride toothpaste
For those that are looking for a better way to clean your teeth this is a good product to try. I have been paying more attention to mouth health and not killing everything in your mouth helps your gut stay diverse. If you have sensitivity to fluoride this is worth a try. It turned out to be better than fluoride for me. I also noticed a lot less tartar build up when using it.
