Bauerfeind LumboTrain Back Support-Titanium Size 3

I used this based on a bartender friend's recommendation and I'm happy I invested in such a good brace. Used it while traveling recently and after a few long shifts working and it works wonders.

Friend for whom I bought them said this device is very good. All I can say.

Id recommend the other Baurfield brace if you have lower back (low lumbar or sacrum) problems - the one which comes down below the pants waistline.This one is high quality. Would be good if your pain is above #3 from bottom vertebrae or higher. Better for prevention (working in yard when healthy) than it is for an injury (disc already herniated). Soft supportive brace without any hard immobalizing components.
